2. Services Offered
Kundan Shilp provides services related to:
- Temple Architecture and Design
- Custom Temple Construction
- Manufacturing and supply of Marble Statues and Murtis
- Supply of premium Sandstone and Makrana Marble
All project requirements, designs, and dimensions must be finalized and approved in writing before the commencement of any manufacturing or construction work.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices discussed or quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Quotations provided are valid for a limited period, typically 30 days, after which they are subject to change based on material costs.
- An advance payment (as agreed in the project contract) is required before the initiation of any custom carving or construction work.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the final dispatch or handover of the project.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or other accepted payment methods. Cash payments must comply with Indian Income Tax regulations.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. However, stone carving is a meticulous hand-crafted process, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or material unavailability.
- For domestic and international shipments, packaging and forwarding charges will be borne by the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Kundan Shilp takes utmost care in packaging; however, we are not liable for damages caused during transit by third-party logistics or shipping companies. Clients are advised to opt for transit insurance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Custom Orders: Since our temples and statues are custom-made to your specific requirements, advance payments for custom orders are strictly non-refundable once the raw material has been procured or the carving process has started.
- In the rare event that Kundan Shilp cancels a project due to unavoidable internal reasons, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed within 15-20 working days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, temple designs, 3D models, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Kundan Shilp and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our designs and images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or network.
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms.
8. Limitation of Liability

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surendranagar/Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
